Siam Beach Resort, Koh Chang

The resort has a gorgeous location right on the beach, and the pool is a lovely spot to unwind. The views are breathtaking, but the facilities and rooms are in need of significant improvement. Although there are some charming aspects to the resort, it does feel quite dated, and the service was inconsistent, which was disappointing considering the price we paid for our stay.

The resort has a prime location right on Lonely Beach, offering beautiful views and a nice swimming pool. However, the facilities could use significant upgrades, and the overall cleanliness of the beach left much to be desired. While I did appreciate the cozy atmosphere, the service and dining options did not meet my expectations for the price I paid.

Siam Beach Resort has some fantastic features like its prime beach location and spacious rooms with stunning views. The manager, Jiu, was incredibly accommodating, offering discounts and room upgrades, which significantly enhanced our experience. However, the resort is in dire need of renovations and improved cleanliness, particularly outside. The dining experience was marred by excessively long waits, which was disappointing, especially during peak times.

I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. On the upside, the beach is absolutely beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a quiet getaway. However, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor, and I spent too much time in the lobby to get a good signal. The breakfast included was basic, and while the staff was friendly, the overall experience felt average for the price.
